Hi, I’m Tiffany, a Licensed Professional Counselor and educator with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges.
I approach therapy from the belief that many people are doing the best they can with what they’ve learned and experienced and sometimes, those tools just aren’t enough for what life is asking of them right now. Therapy is a space where we can slow things down, gain clarity, and build new ways of coping that actually work for your life.
I have a strong background working in schools, along with experience providing care at higher levels of support, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP). In these settings, I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and challenges related to self-worth. This experience allows me to meet clients with both compassion and confidence, even in more difficult or overwhelming moments.
My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I aim to create a space where you feel safe to be honest and supported without judgment. At the same time, I believe therapy should be active and meaningful. In our work together, we won’t just talk we’ll focus on building real-life skills you can use outside of sessions.
I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques. This allows us to tailor sessions to your specific needs whether that means learning how to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve confidence, process past experiences, or navigate current stressors more effectively.
I work with individuals of all ages who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, or general life stress. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we focus on building clarity, strengthening coping skills, and creating small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting growth.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My role is to meet you where you are, support you through the process, and help you move toward a version of your life that feels more steady, confident, and aligned with who you want to be.
